Welcome to the
BHOS Community Arts Hub
Unleashing Creativity in the Heart of Hollingbury
Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Hollingbury the BHOS Community Arts Hub is more than just a venue, it's a creative home. With a long history of supporting the arts and charitable projects, we are thrilled to finally have a space to call our own. After years of moving between temporary locations, the BHOS Hub is now firmly rooted in Hollingbury, ready to establish strong connections with our local community.
What We Offer
Musical Theatre Choir
Our popular Musical Theatre Choir is already in full swing, rehearsing every Wednesday evening. It’s a great opportunity for performers of all abilities to enjoy the magic of show tunes, meet new people, and perform in exciting future productions. Come along and sing your heart out!
Theatre Productions
Theatre has always been at the heart of BHOS, and we’re proud to continue our long-standing tradition of staging both original and classic plays. Whether you want to act, direct, or help behind the scenes, there’s a place for you in our theatre family. With our new 72 Seat studio Theatre we can now offer even more productions!
HIRE
If you need a rehearsal room or somewhere to develop your creative projects, get in touch to discuss how we can support your needs. Our spaces are affordable and flexible. We have the studio theatre plus three additional studios. (Two 6 x 9 metres & One 6 x 6 metres)
Youth
Cardboard Box Theatre by BHOS, we offer children aged 5-16 the chance to explore the magic of theatre-making in a fun, inclusive, and creative environment. From acting and directing, designing and technical theatre, our hands-on weekly theatre club allows children to dive into every aspect of theatre production
Our Charitable Work
For years, BHOS has been at the forefront of charitable projects, promoting access to the arts for disadvantaged groups and ensuring that creativity remains accessible to all. Now, with our permanent home in Hollingbury, we are excited to expand our charitable work and engage even more with the local community. Our mission is to create inclusive opportunities where everyone can experience the transformative power of the arts.
