Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. However, to ensure fair use of our facilities and respect for other hirers, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours in Advance Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the booking start time will not incur any charges. Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours in Advance Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time will be charged the full hire fee. No-Show Policy If the hirer fails to attend without prior notice (a "no-show"), the full hire fee will be charged. Additional Information All cancellations must be communicated via [email/phone/booking portal] as soon as possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10 working days. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by this cancellation policy.
